SMART is a full functional web-based ERP solution especially designed for the needs of growing engineering companies. SMART covers all the important aspects such as Sales,Engineering, Purchase & Stores for recording business transactions and providing an EIS (Executive Information System) as a tool for analysis and decision making.

SMART Sales can handle both direct sales to customers as well as indirect sales via dealer/distributor network. The business processes involved in pre sales cycle such as inquiry management, follow-up, quotation, and order booking are handled by SMART Sales. The sales documents such as Delivery Note, Packing List and Invoice are also prepared by SMART Sales. SMART manages material issue to the shop floor via a system of allocation. SMART does material allocation based on the customer order demands

SMART Engineering manages the product structures. Detailed information on the construction of the products is provided here. SMART Engineering has the facility to update the product structure database with Engineering Change Notes. For the production order a final bill of material is drawn from the product structure database. SMART Engineering also provides facility to copy product structures and purge product structures.

SMART Purchase & Stores is an integrated purchasing and receiving module providing the functionality to manage the suppliers, purchase orders and purchase receipts in a much efficient way. It accepts quotations, receives requisitions and releases the purchase order to the supplier and receives the material from the supplier. SMART maintains on-line information of requisitions and purchase orders. It does comparative analysis of suppliers and buyers.
